Angel Hair Pasta with Sautéed Artichoke Hearts, Squash, Roasted Garlic in Tomato Sauce

Angel Hair Pasta (see above) with Grilled Chicken Added

Roasted Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin Sauce Merlot, Caramelized Onions and Fuji Apple.

  • Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate Ganache

The Coffey Cup for 2019 will be awarded at the Awards Banquet on November 2, 2019.

The Coffey Cup is named after one of our founders and is awarded annually to the person the members feel has done the most for the FSC during the year.

Each year the votes are tallied by and presented by the previous years winner.  Last year (2018) I was the recipient and as a result I will be collecting your votes and talling them.
