9 Regattas at Lake Elizabeth

The raison d'être of the Fremont Sailing Club! There are 3 regular regattas in the Spring, 3 in the Summer and 3 in the Fall. Races are free for members and $5 for guest sailors. Launch fee is $7. Races are usually culminated with friendly banter and snacks on the hill, but the 3rd regatta of each series has a BBQ! Skippers meeting is around 11:30 a.m. Arrive earlier to rig your boat. Don't miss 'em!
Flight of the Bulls
El Toro's race at Foster City

The Flight of the Bulls El Toro race is held every year, "the-day-before-Mother's-day" rain or shine.
Fremont Relays
El Toro Relay Race at Lake Elizabeth
5/16/10

Racers will consist of two person teams to sail one El Toro boat. Each skipper will alternate, sailing two legs of a pre-determined course. Boats will be tied to the dock and there will be a "Le Mans" start.

Every year (usually early November) the club gets together for a sumptuous feast and some great company! We vote on new club officers, present awards for the races, and award the Coffee Cup to the club member contributing the most to the club that year. Oh, and don't forget dessert!
